As Popcornhour is a commercial product I don't see this happening. I don't think, by having a quick look at their homepage, that Popcornhour supports Java so this is not doable
I've thought about this before and it seems like a good idea. Just make sure that when there are no shows defined but this option is set that the program doesn't quit automatically. Otherwise you would never be able anymore to turn this off or add new shows
Skip it in the sense that a torrent is still downloaded? We could do that, I think, but I don't know if they torrent you get will be of any use to you at all. There is a reason why it was not downloaded in the first place.
Unfortunately ted isn't designed in a way to easily implement this feature. We'll have a look at it, as it is highly demanded, but at this point I'm not promising anything. I also agree with the previous comments, finding a complete season is just a one time action.
Regarding the "get all button"; I don't think this would work. Most of the older episodes aren't available for download anymore.
I don't really get what you're trying to say with unlimited.
Furthermore there is one problem for using you own torrent sites. You've to do some kind of translation between the torrent info page in the rss feed and the actual torrent. Currently this is handled by the translator at SourceForge and to get this to work a person should make an offline one which might not be that easy.
Each show has its own individual feeds which are generated by the name of the show. So in the feed of the Simpsons you would only find episodes of the Simpsons and not of South Park. If you would use the global tv feed some sites have you could miss an episode if you haven't used ted for a few days as it isn't the latest anymore. By having show specific feeds you always find the latest episode.

I agree it would be a nice extra feature but also one that requires some work I think. I added it as a feature request: http://www.rulecam.net/ted/bugs/index.php?do=details&task_id=208 but it's undecided in which version we'll implement it.

In the preferences menu you can already specify your time zone which does exactly what you describe!

As ted has no control over the downloading process of the files it's impossible to implement this request.

Which remembers me that we should update the translator to make the translation process (even more) simpler :)

I would also be nice if you could sort on the current status of the show

So this would be a duplicate of issue: http://ted.uservoice.com/suggestions/1185
