Make a web interface
I know that many people like my self have DVRs or servers at home that have no monitor for an interface. This would be a great way for these people to use TED. I know this would take a lot of work, but I think a lot of people could use it.

Just a suggestion - Get Windows XP professional and remote desktop into it. I have a PC sitting in my client that runs TED and utorrent and I control it from my mac sitting on my desk with Remote Desktop.. works great... AND the remote desktop client is free for both PCs and Mac. (Oh and BTW, you can even remote in just using Internet Explorer..
