Have a last torrent used information in episode properties
If the last torrent you used was a bust, you should be able to go the show and see the information about the last torrent used for that show. Not the last attempt, but the last actually used. This is just a user friendly feature so that one can improve each episode result.

Don't you want any functionality so you can easily re-start the search, ignoring that fake torrent? that sounds more useful to me than just viewing the settings..
